About Decennium Management Group

Building Stronger Systems. Empowering Better Lives.

Since 2017, Decennium Management Group (DMG) has been guided by a simple belief: when people are supported by strong systems, they have greater opportunities to thrive. Every decision we make is rooted in the understanding that quality systems create meaningful opportunities for individuals, families, and communities.

We began as a management consulting firm, providing financial, operational, and organizational leadership to nonprofits, public agencies, and community organizations. Through that work, we gained a unique perspective — not only on how organizations operate, but on the lives of the people they exist to serve.

We learned that strong organizations deliver better support, and that the quality of a person's services often depends on the strength of the systems behind them.

Today, DMG provides person-centered services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families throughout New Jersey, while continuing to offer executive management and organizational consulting services. Together, these complementary areas of expertise allow us to strengthen both people and the systems that support them.

Why "Decennium"?

Decennium means a period of ten years — a season of growth, progress, and lasting achievement. For us, it represents something more.
For us, Decennium represents thoughtful growth, responsible leadership, and a commitment to building foundations that endure. Meaningful change does not happen overnight. It is achieved through trusted relationships, sound leadership, and a long-term commitment to the people and communities we serve.
Decennium is more than our name. It is our promise to lead with purpose, steward resources responsibly, and create outcomes that last.

We Have Worked Every Side of This System

Most providers know their part of New Jersey's developmental disability system. Our leadership team has worked across it.
Our team includes former New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities budget analysts who reviewed individual budgets and approved annual service plans, a former public legal guardian who served as legal representative for individuals with developmental disabilities, Support Coordinators who develop New Jersey Individualized Service Plans and Person-Centered Planning Tools, a former group home manager, and advocates with backgrounds in mental health and family support.
That experience sits alongside decades of executive leadership in financial management, operations, and risk management.

What This Means for You

We understand how services are planned, funded, authorized, and delivered because our team has worked throughout New Jersey's developmental disability system. That experience allows us to guide families with confidence while collaborating effectively with Support Coordinators, providers, and community partners.

What We Stand For

Dignity and Choice.

The people we support direct their own services. Their goals, preferences, and routines come first — not our staffing convenience or a standard program model.

Responsiveness.

The most common frustration families describe is a provider who does not call back. We answer our calls, return paperwork on time, and communicate before problems become problems.

Operational Strength.

Compassion without sound operations produces missed shifts and broken promises. Accurate billing, dependable scheduling, and supported staff are what make good intentions real.

Integrity.

We believe leadership is stewardship. Every decision is guided by ethics, accountability, and responsibility to the people who count on us.

Partnership.

We work alongside families, Support Coordinators, providers, and community organizations to create real opportunities.

Why Families Choose DMG

Families deserve more than a provider — they deserve a trusted partner.

At DMG, we are committed to delivering person-centered services with professionalism, compassion, and accountability. Our leadership combines decades of executive experience with firsthand knowledge of New Jersey's developmental disability system, allowing us to navigate complexity while keeping each individual's goals at the center of every decision.

Whether we are supporting an individual, collaborating with a family, or partnering with community professionals, we strive to build relationships founded on trust, communication, and respect.

Our Vision

To be recognized as a trusted leader in person-centered services and organizational excellence — strengthening lives, organizations, and communities through integrity and compassionate leadership.

Our Commitment

Our success is not measured by programs delivered or strategies implemented. It is measured by the confidence families place in us, the strength of the organizations we support, and the opportunities created for the people we serve.

Everything we do begins with listening, is guided by integrity, and is measured by the positive impact we make in the lives of the people and communities we serve.

Because strong systems matter — but people will always matter more.
