DDD Eligibility

Most people begin accessing DDD services at age 21 or older. To receive DDD-funded services, an individual must be found eligible by the Division and must choose or be assigned a New Jersey Support Coordination Agency — which is where DMG comes in.

There is no cost to you for Support Coordination — it is Medicaid-funded.
